Net Promoter Score (NPS)
The Net Promoter Score component allows users to give a rating on a scale from 1 to 10. This is useful for gauging overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Numeric Scale
The Numeric Scale component is similar to the NPS but offers more flexibility in defining the range. You can set the interval from 1 to any number (X) based on your requirements.

Emoji/Star Scale
The Emoji Scale component uses emojis to represent a range of feelings from bad (1) to good (5). This is a visually engaging way to gather user feedback.
The Star Rating Scale component allows users to give a rating using stars, typically ranging from 1 to 5 stars.

Multiple Choice
The Multiple Choice component allows users to select multiple options from a predefined list.

Single Choice (Radio Buttons)
The Radio Buttons component lets users select only one option from a predefined list.

Short/Long Entry (Text input)
The Short Entry Text component provides a text box for users to type brief feedback or responses.
The Long Entry Text component is similar to the Short Entry Text but is designed for longer, more detailed responses.

Form Components
The Form Components section is the most advanced feature in the survey builder, allowing you to design custom forms with various input types.

Read-only message
We recommend using this when you want to convey a simple message to the customer. For example, as the last element of the Survey, you can include a simple thank-you message for completing the Survey.
