Setting Up Tiers (VIP Levels)
This guide walks you through the process of creating and managing Tiers inside your TRIFFT project.
How to Set Up Tiers
This guide explains how to activate, create, and configure Tiers—membership levels that help you reward loyal customers based on their activity or spending. Tiers can include benefits like bonus points, special visuals, and exclusive access.
Step 1: Enable the Tiers Feature

Navigate to
Settings (1)
>General Settings (2)
and find the section Tier. -
Toggle
Enable Tier (3)
to ON. This activates the tiers functionality in your project. -
Under
Progression Type (4)
, select the method used to evaluate member progress:Setting Action No Progression No automatical progress between the tiers. Accumulated Points Based on the total loyalty points collected. Total Purchase Value Based on the cumulative value of all purchases Enable the Tiers Feature
Step 2: Create Tier Levels

Navigate to
CRM (1)
>Tiers (2)

Click the
Add New (3)
button in the top-right corner -
Fill in the following:
- Name – e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum...
- Description – Short internal explanation of the tier

Click
Save (4)
to create the tierCreate Tier Levels
Step 3: Configure Tier Settings
Once the tier is created, its detail view will open automatically.
Go to the Settings tab and adjust the following:

Progression Threshold
The minimum number of points or amount of money spent required to reach this tier (based on the progression type you selected earlier). -
Multiplier
Defines how many times the base points are multiplied for users in this tier. Example: A value of1.5
means that members will earn 1.5× more points. -
Visual
Customize the tier appearance, you can set the main color scheme, tier badge image and the loyalty card image.Configure Tier Settings
Step 4: Member Overview & Management
Inside the detail of any tier, go to the Members tab, which will allow you to manage the members:

Helps you track who belongs to each tier and manage memberships directly if needed.

You can see which members currently belong to this tier and manually add or remove members if needed.

By completing these steps, your tiered loyalty structure will be ready to reward customers based on engagement or spend—and motivate them to progress to higher levels.
