Installation

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Apps and search for the TRIFFT Loyalty Platform.
  3. Enter your TRIFFT credentials in the provided fields.
  4. Select the TRIFFT project you want to connect.
  5. Click Authorize to complete the integration setup.
  6. You will be redirected to TRIFFT Administration.
  7. Complete the onboarding process in TRIFFT Administration.

Configuring the App

Follow the onboarding steps in TRIFFT Administration under Settings > Integrations > Shopify. Key steps include:

Enable and Configure Widgets

  1. Configure Product Screen.
  2. Configure Header to show shopper’s points.
  3. Configure Transaction History Page.

Configure Checkout Page

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.
  2. Navigate to Template > Checkout and customer accounts.
  3. Switch to Apps in the left menu and select TRIFFT: Checkout Coupon.
  4. Save the changes.
  5. To enable the Earn & Burn feature, activate it in Shopify Integration Settings in TRIFFT Admin.

Note: Price Rule IDs are deleted in coupons when the app is uninstalled.

Installation

  1. In Shopify Admin, open Point of Sale > Settings > Click Smart Grid.
  2. Select Location, click Add Tile > Embedded Apps > TRIFFT Loyalty Platform.
  3. Save the changes.

Note: The extension can also be installed directly via the Shopify POS mobile app.

Usage

  1. Add items to the basket.
  2. Tap on the TRIFFT Loyalty POS App.
  3. Scan a loyalty card or enter a member’s card number, phone number, or email.
  4. Apply the discount.
  5. Proceed with checkout.

Note: Additional settings are required in TRIFFT to enable email and phone number pairing.

Checking Member Account Activity

  1. Create a test transaction in either eCommerce or POS.
  2. Locate the member in CRM > Members.
  3. Review the Activity Overview and Loyalty Account tabs.
