Follow these steps to create it:

1. Create a New Flow in Klaviyo

  • Go to your Klaviyo dashboard.
  • Navigate to Flows and click Create Flow.
  • Select Create from Scratch.

  • Choose Metric as your trigger type.
  • Select the TRIFFT event that indicates a new loyalty registration (e.g., loyalty_program_registered).

How to Use a TRIFFT Flow Template

To implement a TRIFFT flow template:

  1. Log in to your Klaviyo account.
  2. Navigate to the flow template link provided by TRIFFT (coming soon).
  3. Click the Create Flow button to copy the template into your own Klaviyo workspace.
