A splash screen refers to the initial screen that appears when you open an app on your mobile device. Within TRIFFT Loyalty Cloud, you are free to use your own splash screens, provided they meet these requirements:

  • Only SVG files are accepted (you may create your own, TRIFFT will take care of uploading it in the mobile app)
  • Square format is ideal to display correctly across various devices
  • The ideal dimensions of the file are 2732 x 2732px, with the main content being displayed in the center zone of 1242 x 1242px
